The bed is lifted by ELECTRIC ACTUATORS 24 V that allow Trendelenburg (17°) and Countertrendelenburg (17°) movements. The backrest and upper leg sections of the spring box automatically move back (110 + 40 mm) during rotation in order to reduce the compression of the breast/pelvis area reducing the bedsore ulcerations. The pelvis section is fixed in order to prevent diaphragm crushing when the maximum inclining position of the sections is reached. The patient lifting rod housings, the I.V. rod stand and the bumpers in plastic are located on the four corners of the bed. The bed supply includes: - A pair of head/feet boards; - mobile backlit pushbutton strip; - ATTENDANT CONTROL OPENBUS (ACO) that allows the movement of single sections, Trendelenburg and Controtrendelenburg, to perform the operations programmed and to disable the functions of the mobile pushbutton strip on the cable and of the flexible patient panel, if included, so that the medical staff can control patients that handle the bed on their own with maximum safety and position comfort. - ABS spring boxes; - emergency battery; - 4 wheels (single-rail or twinned). - 4-SECTION SIDE RAILS with controls (EB2930); - 4 SECTION SIDE RAILS without controls (EB2935); - COMPASS SIDE RAILS (EB2950); - Audio alarm indicating that brakes are disabled; - night light; - Built-in bed extension; - Blanket holder.
