Germocid Polvere is a product for disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments.

Its powdered formula in contact with warm running water, develops an effective peracetic acid solution effective against spores, viruses (HIV, HBV and HCV), bacteria, mycobacteria and fungi.

The biocide action of peracetic ions is more rapid and effective than other oxidizing as it leads to immediate destruction of sulphuric and sulphide bridges of proteins, enzymes and other metabolites of the cell walls of microorganisms.

Germocid Polvere is a medical device Aldehydes-free, totally eco-friendly: used with tap water, it leaves no residue, does not irritate or cause allergies and can be disposed through the sewer system.

Germocid Polvere is used for the disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments such as endoscopes, optical fibres, surgical and dental tools.

Highly compatible with the materials, it inhibits their corrosion. The solution remains stable for 24 hours.
